Caro Confectionery Design – Qaemshahr
Moving upward, the structure evolves into a vertical functional sequence that cements the hierarchical organization of production workshops based on environmental needs—from the humidity of wet cakes on the First Floor to the moderate temperature of the dry pastry workshop on the Second Floor—thereby safeguarding thermal efficiency and standardized production processes. This verticalization of process culminates on the Third Floor, leading to the strategic management bridge and packaging module which allows for visual oversight of the entire system. Finally, at the apex of this articulate mass, the Fourth Floor is designated as an autonomous residential canvas, featuring three bedrooms and a terrace. This independent unit, relying on smart acoustic and thermal filters, symbolizes the equilibrium between functions and the continuity of life within the working environment.
Ultimately, "Caro Confectionery" serves as an Avant-garde Model that, by emphasizing proportional functionalism, seeks to transcend the traditional concept of the silent volume and become a sensory landmark. This project not only performs its functions correctly but also, by stressing the principles of architectural dwelling, creates a penumbral domain for the community where collective identity is continuously re-created through interaction with the architectural physique, thereby bringing about the qualitative elevation of urban life.
