Beach Villa Design - Miroud
A Harmonious Retreat
This villa project in Miroud Coastal Town, Babolsar, is an architectural response to the quest for tranquility and a deep connection with nature within an urban setting. The design adopts a minimalist approach, creating spaces that are simple yet rich in visual and functional qualities. The primary materials—exposed concrete, wood, and brick—introduce natural textures that enhance a sense of warmth and permanence.

The boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces have been deliberately blurred. The central courtyard, featuring a pool and an open seating area, serves as the project"s pulsating heart, fostering a direct relationship with the sky and natural light. The use of native plants, particularly cacti and evergreen trees, not only contributes to the visual appeal but also aligns with the local climate. Thoughtful nocturnal lighting transforms the villa into a luminous sculpture, emphasizing its lines and volumes and giving the space a new dimension.

The main facades, through a combination of brick and concrete, create a unique identity. The perforated brickwork provides a play of light and shadow while ensuring privacy, whereas the smooth concrete surfaces highlight the purity of the form. This villa is more than just a residence; it is a work of art where architecture becomes a canvas for experiencing serene and contemplative moments.
