Minimalist Villa Design in Babolsar
For a family of three in Babolsar, we have designed a 150-square-meter minimalist villa that includes three bedrooms, the routine spaces of a villa, and a library. The design aims to provide a modern and functional living environment while maintaining an elegant and minimalist aesthetic.
Design and Layout
The villa features a contemporary minimalist design characterized by clean lines, simple forms, and a focus on functionality. The exterior is designed with a sleek white façade that complements the modern aesthetic. The use of large windows allows ample natural light to flood the interiors, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. These windows also provide expansive views of the surrounding landscape, enhancing the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Large Windows
The large windows are a key feature of the design, providing not only aesthetic appeal but also practical benefits. They maximize natural light, reduce the need for artificial lighting during the day, and offer beautiful views of the outdoors. The windows are strategically placed to ensure privacy while maintaining the openness of the space.

Roof Garden
The villa includes a roof garden, which serves as a private outdoor space for relaxation and leisure. The roof garden is designed with greenery and seating areas, offering a peaceful retreat where the family can enjoy the fresh air and views. This feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the villa but also provides an additional space for outdoor activities.

The villa is equipped with modern amenities and high-quality finishes, ensuring a luxurious living experience. The use of natural materials such as wood and stone adds warmth and texture to the minimalist design. The landscaping around the villa is carefully planned to complement the overall aesthetic and provide a serene environment.
